A record of what is actually here, kept by people who walked it. Every entry says who saw it and when — and says unknown when nobody has.
Things that happen and then stop. Each carries the date it was seen.
An event covers ground, so it carries an extent — a centre and a radius — not a pin. The centre is attested; the edge is derived and says so.
Prices read off the board in a photograph, never off a website.
Some places are kept without a page. That is a question of who owns the identity, not of how good they are.
A place moves from told to checked when somebody stands in front of it. Whether it gets a page is about rights — the venue owns the venue, a trader inside owns their own account.
Nothing here is claimable by anybody. It is the city itself.
